What is Japanese tabletop grill?+
Japansk bordsgrill betyder att maten grillas direkt vid bordet. Ni får tunna skivor premiumkött och tillbehör, och grillar själva i ett socialt tempo - en upplevelse som många känner igen från Korean BBQ, men med japansk yakiniku som grund.
Is Yammi Korean BBQ?+
Yammi är en japansk restaurang. På Yammi SöDER Gallerian erbjuder vi japansk yakiniku, en grillupplevelse som påminner om Korean BBQ där gäster grillar kött direkt vid bordet.
Behöver man boka grill i förväg?+
Ja. Grillupplevelsen behöver förbokas så kött, tillbehör och bord kan förberedas rätt inför ert sällskap.
Do you grill the food yourself?+

Is it difficult to grill the meat correctly?+
Nej. Köttet är tunt skuret och går snabbt att grilla. Nötkött behöver oftast kort tid, medan fläsk och kyckling ska grillas längre.
What meat is served at Yammi?+
Vi serverar utvalda premiumdetaljer som Japanese Juku Wagyu A5, Angus och styckdetaljer som short rib och entrecôte.
Finns det refill?+
Kött och sallader ingår inte som refill. Däremot erbjuder vi fri påfyllning av ris, såser, kimchi och wakame till grillen.
Does the restaurant get smoky?+
Nej. Grillborden har bordsventilation som drar ner röken direkt från grillen, så middagen håller sig bekväm även över längre tid.
Is Japanese grill child-friendly?+
Yes, but the grill gets hot. We recommend that an adult handles the grilling when children are seated at the table.
